BUSINESS FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
A primary frustration in business is lack of direction in planning efforts. Our work
focuses on providing business owners and teams with
the tools necessary to build and maintain financial
health long-term. We address financial concerns,
identify areas of need, and design systems that
allow the owner and team to operate the business
with the appropriate tools required to create profitability while maintaining quality.
Our primary efforts include annual and long-term
projections for production, collection, and
expenditures. We evaluate business debt, financing
needs, equipment costs over time, as well as
internal systems used in scheduling, collections and
financial arrangements. We review compensation
programs and business retirement plans and focus on maximizing value for dollars invested in the team and the
business. We are strong advocates of conducting business according to fundamental principles of professional stewardship, which involves a disciplined approach to spending, debt reduction, and cash management.
